GrayCell was founded in 1997 by a pair of visionary IT professionals with one mission: to craft technology-driven business solutions to help companies run faster, better and smoother with an extremely qualified, functionally sound and technically adept team of experts. CEO/Co-Founder: Bhupendra S. Yaduvanshi,

The driving force behind GrayCell, Bhupendra Yaduvanshi brings a rare level of technical and business expertise to IT projects. With over 12 years of high-level IT experience, Mr. Yaduvanshi is an internationally recognized expert in the design, development, implementation and support of Oracle applications and a veteran of dozens of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects. He has had a leading role in designing customized ERP and CRM systems for major national and international companies such as Adeco, First Data, Western Digital, SONY Trans Com, Nextwave Telecom Inc., Rand, Ogilvy, PictureTel and Weight Watchers. Mr. Yaduvanshi's distinguished educational background includes an M.S. in Computer Applications from the prestigious Davi Ahilya University in Indore, India and a B.S. in Math & Physics from the internationally acclaimed Bhopal University in India.

In 1997, Mr. Yaduvanshi met an equally gifted IT visionary, Rajat Khurana, while they were both working in Irvine, CA. on WorldWide Dragon, a multi-organizational implementation of Oracle Applications to support the Western Digital's global operations. Mr. Yaduvanshi shared his dream of creating a company that would drive quality ERP implementation using his own proprietary methodologies for efficient and cost-effective software design, installation, upgrade and support services. Together, they founded GrayCell and continue to operate it as a U.S. based multi-national company, with solution centers in New York, New Jersey, California and India.

Currently, Mr. Yaduvanshi is the CEO of GrayCell and directs its global operations from the corporate headquarters in New York.

VP/West-Coast Operations, Rajat Khurana

A gifted software engineer and IT project manager; Rajat Khurana leads the West Coast division of GrayCell from its solution center in Newport Beach, CA and plays a major role in the global functioning of the organization.

Mr. Khurana has over twelve years of overall functional and technical lead experience in implementing Oracle Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing systems. He possesses exhaustive experience in software analysis, design, custom development, data conversion, interface building and implementation. Mr. Khurana has lead IT projects for some of the world's leading manufacturing, entertainment, telecommunications, energy and aerospace companies, as well as prestigious government and financial institutions. His clients include Boeing, National Pen Corporation, East Municipal Water District (Riverside, California), Sun Microsystems, bigb2b.com, buy.com, Hewlett Packard, Hydro Aire Inc., Western Digital, Next Wave Telecom, PriceWaterhouse, Digital Domain, Ernst & Young, Occidental Oil Company, Unocal Corporation, and the Los Angeles Gas Company. Mr. Khurana's educational background includes a B.S. in Computer Science from the world-renowned University of Poona in India.

Mandeep Puri, VP/India Operations

A large part of GrayCell's ability to provide IT support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year is the strength and success of our two offshore solution centers in India. The man behind that success is Mandeep Puri, our VP/India Operations.

Mr. Puri has been leading GrayCell's offshore solution and support center in India since 1998. A brilliant software engineer and an excellent IT solutions manager, Mandeep Puri is responsible for maintaining the quality and efficiency of all our offshore call center and help desk operations. Mr. Puri has been instrumental in applying GreyCell's offshore development and support methodology to specific clients situations, helping to reduce IT implementation and support costs for many of our clients by more then 50%.

Mr. Puri has over a decade of overall functional and technical lead experience in implementing and supporting major ERP and CRM programs, such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Siebel. Many of the world's leading financial institutions, manufacturers, and airlines, as well as technology, pharmaceutical, and consumer products companies depend on Mr. Puri's efficient and effective management of offshore outsourcing solutions.

From our offshore solution centers in India, Mr. Puri leads a team of consultants and support personnel that provide support for IT functions all over the globe.
